The following is in response to requests from residents who have been unable to find the draft 2011 budget on the County of Simcoe website.
Here's how:

Go to the county website 
-Click on 'government'
-Click on County Council Agenda, January 5 2011
-Scroll down and click on the square below Item 2 - CO 11-001 - County of Simcoe Budget
-Scroll down and within the County Officers' report, you will find 2 embedded pdfs. One's a summary, the other's the draft budget. All these documents can be dowloaded
