Justice Peter Tetley told a courtroom Friday he knows there are many people in the province and country and “in my own family who consume raw milk.’’ And there may be “frailties in the current laws as far as the distribution of raw milk is concerned,” Tetley told a Ontario Court of Justice sentencing hearing for raw milk advocate Michael Schmidt on Friday.
