Water protectors to participate in panel discussion AWARE Simcoe May 27 2011 Beverley Else, founder of Celebrate Lake Simcoe, Beausoleil First Nation Councillor Jeff Monague, Dr. William Shotyk, founder of the Elmvale Water Festival and Melancthon Deputy Mayor Darren White will participate in a panel discussion on Saturday morning at the Big Bay Point Golf and Country Club.
